We offer five national medical plans. In addition, Waytek provides two medical plans at no cost for Employee Only coverage. Additional coverage options are available for family members. Our medical plans include coverage for primary and specialist office visits, urgent care, hospitalization, emergency services, prescription drugs, lab test, x-rays, acupuncture, and chiropractic care.
Our dental plan covers preventive, basic and major dental services.
Our vision plan covers exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
When eligible, employees enrolled in a high deductible health plan (HDHP) that allows individuals the ability to contribute in 2019 per IRS regulations up to $3,500 for single coverage or $7,000 for family coverage per year as a pretax deduction.
Employees with medical coverage have access to the Employee Assistant Program (EAP) program. This program provides help with life’s challenges, whether it’s personal, financial, or legal concerns. The experienced and credentialed counselors can also help with marriage, mental health, grief, stress, child/elder care, substance abuse, and more.
All employees benefit from our partnership with Life Time Fitness by receiving a reduced health club membership. In addition, employees enrolled in our medical coverage can earn cost reduction towards their monthly health club membership dues at Life Time Fitness and other participating health clubs.×
It is important at Waytek to ensure that employees have time to rest and relax away from the office. The Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit is based on your length of service and below is the full-time employee accrual rate: Note: Employees classified as regular part-time and working over 20 hours per week are eligible for a modified PTO accrual rate.
Waytek observes the following standing holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Full or Half Christmas Eve*, and Full or Half Day New Year’s Eve*.

We understand the importance and support continuous learning through our education assistance program where we provide tuition reimbursement. The reimbursement amount is determined by the type of course, business implications for course participation, and the maximum annual reimbursement amount is $5,250 per calendar year.

Waytek provides benefit eligible employees partial replacement of lost wages when an employee is unable to work due to an illness or injury through Short-Term Disability (STD). This benefit starts after a short waiting period with coverage up to 13 weeks.
Benefit eligible employees have the opportunity to purchase LTD insurance. Long-Term Disability provides partial income replacement after Short-Term Disability insurance ends.×
Waytek’s 401(k) plan is an important way to grow your retirement savings through pre-tax payroll deductions. All employees are eligible if 20 ½ years old or older and with 3 full months of service.
Eligible participants may contribute 1% to 90% each pay period, up to the annual IRS dollar limits (2019 limit is $19,000). Participants 50 or older are subject to a higher IRS dollar limit (2019 limit is $25,000).
When you save for your future through the 401(k) savings plan, Waytek will match your contributions up to 6% for each eligible employee’s 401(k) contribution. The match distribution will take place in the first quarter of the following plan year.
Participants are immediately 100% vested with their entire account balance including Waytek’s matching contributions.×
Waytek provides basic life insurance coverage for all benefit eligible employees. Supplemental coverage may be purchased through automatic payroll deductions. Employees may also purchase life coverage at competitive group rates for their spouse and dependent children.
We provide Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to all benefit eligible employees. Employees may also purchase AD&D coverage at competitive group rates for their spouse and dependent children.×
